The following policies help protect both your time and mine and allow me to continue offering high-quality care.

Booking & Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your session.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received through the booking system.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.

  • No‑shows or same‑day cancellations may be charged up to the full session amount.

I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you are sick, please reach out as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply.

Pricing Updates

Beginning March 15, updated service pricing will take effect. This adjustment reflects increased operating costs, continued education, and ongoing improvements to services.

Any future pricing changes will always be communicated in advance.

Packages & Gift Certificates

Packages and gift certificates are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to one other person unless otherwise stated. Expiration dates, when applicable, will be noted at the time of purchase.

Memberships

Memberships are designed to support consistent self‑care and offer preferred pricing.

  • Membership sessions may not be shared or transferred.

  • Sessions may roll over when applicable but must be used within the stated time period.

  • Memberships may be paused or adjusted according to membership terms.

Health & Safety

Please complete all intake forms honestly and update me about any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health.

Massage therapy is therapeutic in nature and is not a substitute for medical care.

Respectful Environment

Massage By Aleena maintains a professional and safe space. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.
